ACCESSIBILITY
Our approach
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. That means semantic headings, labeled form fields, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and color choices intended to maintain readable contrast.
Where we know work remains
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. We have not published a formal conformance audit, and we will not claim one we have not completed. If something on this site blocks you, that is a defect we want to fix.
Requesting assistance
If you need help completing a notarization request, or if part of this site is not usable with your assistive technology, contact us and we will find another way to work with you.
During your notarization session
Tell us during intake if you need accommodations for the session — for example additional time, a specific communication method, or help from a support person. Requirements for who may assist a signer vary, so raising it early lets us plan properly.
