Notarization pricing has two separate parts, and mixing them together is how customers end up confused. Here is how ours is structured.
Two different kinds of charges
- Notarial fees. The fee for the notarial act itself, subject to the limits that apply to the commissioning state's electronic notaries.
- Service and platform charges. Where permitted, separate charges for services beyond the notarial act — intake, review, coordination, secure document handling, and technology.
When pricing is published, these will be shown separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

What affects a quote
- The number of documents and the number of notarial acts required
- The number of signers and whether witnesses are needed
- Whether the timeline is standard or urgent
- Whether additional authentication is needed for use outside the U.S.
